Nehemiah 9:22-10:39;  1 Corinthians :19-10:13;  Proverbs 21:13

“So if you think you are standing firm,

be careful that you don’t fall!

No temptation has seized you except

what is common to man.

And God is faithful;

he will not let you be tempted

beyond what you can bear.

But when you are tempted,

he will also provide a way out

so that you can stand up under it.”

1 Corinthians 9:12-13

“I sought the Lord,

and he answered me;

he delivered me from all my fears.

Those who look to him are radiant;

their faces are never covered with shame.”

Psalm 34:1-10

Always a way

with God.

Lord God, thank you for helping me stay on my feet, for shouldering the load when I grew weary, for the radiance of your Son’s face shining down on me, for taking away the shame of my guilt, for forgiving me.  Thank you for your hearing my prayers!  In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

      • I was going to say gerber daisy to begin with but whereas I am not in the same league as Miss Natalie—I was afraid that would not have been a correct observation 🙂
        I may love flowers–growing them, cutting them for the house, etc—I just don’t always “know” them 🙂
        I’m a see it and like kind of flower girl 😉
        Hugs Laura—Julie

  1. I know what you mean, Julie! Most of the flowers I “shoot” I don’ know their botanical names. I just find the petty flowers and enjoy them.! I’ve learned a lot about gardening and flowers from Miss Natalie, too! That’s what’s fun about this blogging world! Have a great weekend! :)Laura
