Genesis 41:17-42:17;  Matthew 13:24-46; Psalm 18:1-5;  Proverbs 4:1-6

“I love you, O Lord, my strength.

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,

My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,

my shield, and the horn of my salvation,

my stronghold.

I call upon the Lord,

who is worthy to be praised,

and I am saved from my enemies.”

Psalm 18:1-3

Saved from the darkness

saved from my sin

Hidden in Christ

no thief can come in.

Thank you, Lord Jesus–my Rock and my Salvation!  Thank you for hearing my prayers for help, for coming to my rescue; for standing up to the enemies of my soul–sin, death and Satan; for keeping my life hid in you.  In your name I pray, praise and give thanks this day!  Amen.
